My bear Krissy is offered for adoption on Bear Pile: http://www.bearpile.com/item/50661 She is so cute! I am probably the biggest fan of my work! And if she doesn't find a new mommy I will gladly keep her in my collection!
I also finished a new bear and it turned out to be a boy! Tomorrow I will take pictures since I love doing this outside and today is cold and rainy! My Iphone says: sunshine for the next couple of days! Perfect!
I just noticed that I haven't posted in a while. Once again, I don't know where the time went! I have to admit that I devoted more time to my hobby photography than to crocheting bears! A little bear is in the making for quite a while, but still waiting to get finished. However, sometimes it is good to be creative in a different field! You develop new ideas and keep your creativity on a fresh level!
Here I am showing another oldie: Autumn. Autumn was, if I remember correctly, 16 inches tall. I had crocheted her from a vibrant eyelash yarn in fall shades, hence her name Autumn. Autumn has long been adopted and since I didn't get a chance to take a picture of my newest little bear, I thought another oldie would be good too.
This week flew by so quickly. And it is always the same: before you leave on a trip you have to think of so many things to do, and when you come back, so much has piled up! My Germany visit seems so long ago!
Finally I got over my cold which I had caught from a fellow passenger who was sitting next to me for 9.5 hours on my flight from Germany to the US. He was coughing and sneezing during the whole flight and there was no escape, the flight was fully booked! Next time I will carry a mouth mask in my carry on luggage!
I wish everybody a nice Friday and a nice weekend!
